Tuesday Apr 20, 2021
It's been nearly a month since the last podcast. The decision to add a video podcast component may prove to slow the process down too much for the quick "while my batteries charge" aspect of recording the show. I'm weighing whether or not to continue the video podcast. I'll still do it for interviews, but not the updates. What are your thoughts on that?
Here are some of the topics discussed
- Losi LMT Updates
- *New* Losi V100 On-road car
- *New* Arrma Vorteks
- Monster Truck Racing
- Feeling disconnected from the community
- Upcoming Schedule
- Axialfest Badlands

Talking RC with Joe From EXOCAGED RC
Friday Mar 19, 2021
Friday Mar 19, 2021
In today's episode, Joe from Exocaged RC stops by to hang out and talk shop. I met Joe at USTE and we hit it off. He's very knowledgable about the technical side of the hobby and somebody we can all learn from–which is why his channel has taken off!
We talk about his YouTube workflow, the Axial Ryft, Vitavon, the Losi LMT, X-maxx, USTE and a bunch of things between it all. I had so much I felt like we could talk about and was trying to jump around too much. I'll have him back and try to stay on one thing a bit more, knowing that we could talk for hours....and just need to do it in multiple episodes. :)
Big thank you to Joe for taking the time to chat RC.

Talking USTE With Everybody's Scalin' Columnist, Jeremy Griffith of Big Squid RC
Saturday Feb 06, 2021
Saturday Feb 06, 2021
In today's episode, Jeremy Griffith, who writes Big Squid's Everybody's Scalin' column, joins us to talk about USTE. He's been multiple times and gets me even more amped about the trip down. We talk trucks, Deloreans, semi trucks, and more during this RC chat. I tend to get us off-topic a lot, probably because we don't get to talk to each other enough.
Hope you Enjoy it.
Thanks to Jeremy for taking time out of his night to sit down and chat.

RC Videos: Perception Vs Reality UNPACKED
Friday Feb 05, 2021
Friday Feb 05, 2021
On today's episode I unpack my latest video that may have been a little bit of clickbait in the titling...but it was also the reality of the video. I started the video showing a really cinematic and peaceful run with my Axial SCX24, then show what the reality of the filming was like....demolition derby. While the video was meant to only be the slow motion peaceful look, I decided it was too funny not to show the reality of it. This funny video does bring up an important thing to think about though....perception vs reality. What we perceive when we watch a video vs the reality of what it was actually like in person. Let's talk about that.

Preparing For USTE 2021 - Axial SCX10iii Tested And Ready
Thursday Feb 04, 2021
Thursday Feb 04, 2021
I made a last minute decision to attend USTE 2021 and am behind the 8-ball as none of my crawlers are ready to go. I just fixed up my Axial SCX10iii after having a bunch of issues with the electronics. It's performing well now.
